Why Protection Plan Service?

Protection Plan Service extends the manufacturer's warranty to include accidental damages such as kids colors on the dining table, pet scratches on the sofa, - nail colors on the table, If repair is not possible, the furniture will be replaced.

Service Benefits:

  • Duration: 24 Months
  • Service Type: Service type (repair or replacement) is determined by the service provider
  • Service Timeline: 10 Days after receiving the product
  • No. Of Coverage: 2 repairs or one-time replacement
  • Pricing: The protection plan price fee is 15% of the product amount paid starting from SAR 249. In the case of the protection plan not being used within the 24 months duration, the service fee can be placed as purchase credit for the customer to use.
  • Maintenance: Free maintenance service if the product is repairable
  • Replacement: Product replacement is for an additional 15% fee of the product amount paid

Terms & Conditions :

  • The protection plan service starts from the date of receipt.
  • Maintenance is for manufacturing defects only.
  • In the event that a matching replacement is not available, the customer will be notified, and the amount will be calculated as a purchase credit.
  • Outlets, liquidation, and items discounted over 50% are not included in the Protection Plan Service.
  • Vouchers cannot be used to purchase the Protection Plan Service.
  • The total protection plan service can’t be cancelled or refunded.
  • In the case of the protection plan not being used within the 24-month duration, the service fee can be placed as purchase credit.
