Installment Terms

  • The customer must not have prior financial obligations with any bank or telecommunications company.
  • You will be redirected to the Tamara website to verify your eligibility for the installment service, which will indicate the maximum installment amount available to you.
  • The Pay with Tamara option is valid in Ashley stores, on the website, and on the mobile app in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Ashley.sa disclaims all responsibility and liability for any issues involving accounts, payments, or the Tamara app or website. Please contact Tamara for technical support.
  • Items purchased with Tamara cannot be refunded in cash or via gift cards; refunds can only be processed through Tamara.
  • The Tamara payment option cannot be combined with any other payment option. If Tamara is chosen as the payment method, the invoice value must be paid in full using Tamara only.
